It’s Monday again! The first day of the week. Another day to start over, anew, fresh. A day to get your butt in motion and realize your wildest dreams. All it takes is a first step. My first steps today are to get back to eating cleanly and to start a new workout routine that I have never tried before! It looks like I am going to kick my own butt…and I am EXCITED about it! It’s time to challenge myself physically and get some results!
